You are responsible for the links you create and the destinations they point to. We may suspend a link if we receive a credible report that it violates these Terms, applicable law, or our hosting provider’s policies.

Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced on our landing page.

Intellectual property

The LinkPage name, logo, and user interface are owned by us. The content you route to — the destination pages — remains the property of its respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkPage is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
